Mr. Pramod Dad (Membership No. 38261)

Mr. Pramodkumar Dad a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm with over 33 years of experience in the profession. Achieved 2nd Rank in India, in C.A. Final Exam â€“ November â€“ 1985.
He has extensive knowledge of the Income-tax Act, Wealth-tax Act and Companies Act. He has also handled complicated matters related to Direct Taxes and proceedings under Income Tax Act, more in Search & Seizure and Survey cases
He has also been appointed as Special Auditor by the Income Tax Department in the year 1995 and till date carried out more than 20 Special Audits, mostly related to search cases.

CA Nisha Patel (Membership No. 111972)

Ms. Nisha Patel is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with an experience of over 16 years. She is also member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Her experience is spread across various industries in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Management Audits, Management consultancy, System Review, Financial Restructuring, Corporate Governance, Insurance Investigations, Income tax consultations etc.
She had previously worked with Deloitt Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, India.

Mr. Abhishek Dad, FCA (Membership. No. 131918)

â€œEquipped with Result Oriented, Intelligent & Smart Working skills, Mr Abhishek Dad is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 10 years of post-qualification experience in Practice as well as in Industry.
He has throughout very sound academic background and also obtained AIR-47 in CA PE-II examinations. His certification includes ICAI certification on Wealth Management & Financial Planning and has undergone Ind-AS training conducted by ICAI.He regularly undertakes various skill and knowledge up-gradation activities and courses to keep abreast changes and developments.
He has extensive Knowledge in the field of Income-tax and Audit and has handled various matters related to Appeals, Assessments, Special Audits, Drafting, Filing Tax Returns etc. and Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Tax Audits etc.
He also has rich Industry experience at leading roles in few fortune 500 companies and e-commerce Sector. Being in Industry helped him to understand the systems, flow of transactions, inter-dependency and correlation between various departments and importance of connection between operations and finance & accounts. He is also well versed with various accounting software viz. SAP, Oracle, Tally etc."

Mr. Neerav Dad, FCA(MembershipNo. 164102)

Mr. Neerav Dad is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with an experience of over 4 years as a qualified chartered accountant & over 8 years of work experience. He is also involved in providing overall solutions for every problem.
He is having Diploma in International Taxation.
He has knowledge of Income-tax. Has handled matters related to Direct Taxes and proceedings under Income Tax Act viz. Tax Returns, Assessments, Appeals, etc.

Mr. N. Giridhar, FCA (Membership. No 023732)

Mr. N. Giridhar is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 33 years of corporate experience focusing on Audit & Assurance, Internal Audit, Risk Governance and Taxation Services. He has served in reputed Corporates such as MRF, TVS, GHCL, Gujarat Ambuja Exports and Al-Tasnim Group-Oman.
He functioned as Chief Financial Officer in both National & International organizations & a trusted advisor to the senior management with a proven track record.

CA Niraj A. Agrawal, FCA (Membership. No. 119575)

Niraj A. Agrawal is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 15 years of post-qualification experience in Practice.
He has throughout very sound academic background and also obtained AIR-48 in CA Final examinations. He has successfully completed the Certificate Course on Forensic Auditing and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from ICAI. He regularly undertakes various skill and knowledge up-gradation activities and courses to keep abreast changes and developments.
He has extensive Knowledge in the field of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Audit. He had appeared before Income Tax Settlement Court in various cases in relating to the search and seizure under Income Tax Act 1961.
